What is not included in the lawyer-free prenup?

Our $549 First Agreement does not include lawyer review. Without lawyers involved, there are some limitations around what you can include in your prenup. For example, you will not have the option to waive spousal support. If you do need a more complex prenuptial agreement that will enable you to waive spousal support or transmute assets, the First Agreement with Lawyer Review may be a better fit.‍‍

How much time do I need to complete this process?

Many couples are able to get their prenup draft in hours. Keep in mind that before you are able to sign your agreement, you will want to account for any required state waiting periods. For example, in California, family code states that a prenup must be finalized 7 days prior to signing. Our platform will help to ensure you meet this requirement.
